Age Requirements
- For admission to Nursery, the child should be at least 3 years old as of March 31st of the academic year.
- For admission to Kindergarten, the child should be at least 4 years old as of March 31st of the academic year.
- Age criteria for higher classes will follow accordingly.
Academic Records
- Students seeking admission to Grades 1 and above must provide academic transcripts or report cards from the previous academic year.
- A Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school, duly signed by the principal, is required.
Entrance Assessment
- Applicants to Grades 1 and above may be required to take an entrance assessment to evaluate their academic proficiency in core subjects such as Mathematics, Science, and English.
Interview
- Shortlisted candidates, along with their parents, will be invited for an interview with the Principal or the Admissions Committee.
- The interview assesses the student’s readiness for school and helps us understand the child’s interests, strengths, and needs.
Special Needs
- Alfred Nobel Public School is committed to inclusive education. If your child has special educational needs, please provide relevant documentation and assessments. Our team will review these to ensure we can offer the necessary support.

Nursery and Kindergarten
- No formal academic assessment is required.
- Admission is based on age criteria and a basic interaction session with the child and parents.
Primary School (Grades 1-5)
- Academic records and Transfer Certificate.
- Entrance assessment results and interview performance.
Middle School (Grades 6-8)
- Academic records and Transfer Certificate.
- Entrance assessment results and interview performance.
Secondary School (Grades 9-10)
- Detailed academic records for the past two years.
- Entrance assessment focusing on core subjects.
- Interview to discuss academic goals and interests.
Senior Secondary School (Grades 11-12)
- Academic transcripts for Grades 9 and 10.
- Performance in the entrance assessment specific to the chosen stream (Science, Commerce, or Humanities).
- Interview to evaluate the student’s aptitude and readiness for advanced studies.

Application Form
- The application form can be obtained from the school office. Ensure that all sections are completed accurately.
Submission of Documents
- Submit the completed application form along with the required documents listed on our "Documents Required for Admission" page.
Schedule Entrance Assessment and Interview
- Once the application is reviewed, eligible candidates will be notified about the schedule for the entrance assessment and interview.
Admission Decision
- Admission decisions will be communicated within two weeks after the completion of the assessment and interview process.
Confirmation of Admission
- Upon receiving the admission offer, parents must complete the enrolment formalities, including payment of the admission fee, to confirm the seat.
