Fee Payment Guidelines Agreement

Home Admission Fee Payment Guidelines Agreement

Payment Deadline:

Tuition fees must be remitted on or before the 15th of each month, encompassing a total of 12 months.
Payments can be executed on working days from the 1st to the 15th of the month without incurring any penalties.

Payment Schedule:

Fees can be remitted on working days, Monday to Friday, during designated hours at the School, and at the Bank from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Late Fines

1. Late fines must be deposited along with the fee. Unpaid fines will be reflected in the subsequent fee card.

Consequences of Non-Payment:

1. Failure to remit fees for three consecutive months may result in the student being barred from examinations and potentially having their name expunged from the school rolls.
Re-admission is contingent upon seat availability and repayment of the admission fee in accordance with the prevailing fee structure

Late Payment Penalty:

A fine of Rs 5 per working day will be levied from the 16th to the 30th/31st of the month if the fee is not settled by the 15th.
Should the fee remain unpaid, an additional Rs 75 will be appended on the 1st of the subsequent month, followed by Rs 100 from the 2nd subsequent month.

Fee Card:

Parents/Guardians are required to present the fee card at the counter while remitting the fee. In the event of loss, a duplicate fee card can be obtained from the School's Account Office for a fee of Rs. 100/-

Exact Change:

1. Exact change for the fee is preferred. In the absence of exact change, the fee may be rounded up to the nearest higher amount, with any excess adjusted in the subsequent fee cycle.
